Sand Blender
Sand Blender is designed to achieve uniform mixing of fracturing mortar with varying sand ratios and densities according to the fracturing process. It is suitable for sand control in oil and gas wells, fracturing acidizing, and the development of shale gas and coal bed methane. The equipment's displacement specification ranges from 12 bbl/min to 75 bbl/min. It uses a self-developed control system that allows for automatic control of sand liquid density and various chemical additives, either directly on the equipment or from the instrumentation vehicle.
